These terms govern your use of Screenmint (“the Service”), an API for rendering screenshots and Open Graph images, operated by Plexsicity (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.
The Service renders images from URLs and parameters you supply and hosts the results at stable URLs. We may improve or change the Service over time; material changes to paid functionality will be announced in advance where practical.
You are responsible for activity performed with your account and API keys. Keep keys confidential — anything rendered with your key counts against your plan. Revoke a key immediately if you believe it has leaked.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may remove stored images that we reasonably believe are abusive or unlawful.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve via the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Monthly render quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused renders do not roll over. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain your rights to the content you render. You grant us the limited right to process, store, and serve rendered images on your behalf. Cached and stored images may persist after the underlying request; contact us to request deletion.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. We work to keep it fast and available, but you should build retries and fallbacks into anything critical.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
